Please be informed that the NAVITEC 2024 registration fees indicated below are excluding VAT:

• Registration Fee – Early Fee:   EUR  300*

• Registration Fee – Late Fee:  EUR 410*

• Registration ESA – on request

*VAT is applicable to companies registered in the Netherlands and Individuals. VAT is not applicable to companies which are holding an EU VAT number outside of the Netherlands, International Organisations and companies located outside the EU.

Additional information regarding the Registration

• Papers selected for a presentation must have at least one author registered by October 2024 (A single person can present a maximum of 3 papers).

• Cancellation Policy: 

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com) 

Cancellations received up until 10 November 2024 will not be charged cancellation

Cancellations received on or after 11 November 2024 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% 

Cancellations received as of 1 December 2024 will not receive a refund 

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
